Amiir Scents is powered by Shopify. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, share, retain, and otherwise process your personal information when you visit, access, or use the Services, make a purchase, subscribe to our marketing communications, interact with our advertisements, or communicate with us. • Inferences, such as preferences, interests, characteristics, shopping behavior, and product interests derived from your interactions with the Services. 

We collect and use this information to provide the Services, process payments, fulfill orders, arrange shipping, manage returns, provide customer support, prevent fraud, personalize your experience, send 
transactional and marketing communications, deliver and measure advertising, and comply with legal  obligations. 

We do not sell personal information for monetary value. However, our use of cookies, pixels, analytics tools, and advertising technologies, including those operated by Meta, TikTok, and Google, may be considered a sale, sharing, or processing for targeted advertising under certain U.S. state privacy laws.

6. Email Marketing and Consent 


We use Shopify Email to send marketing communications. If you subscribe to our newsletter, opt in at 
checkout, create an account and consent to marketing, or otherwise provide consent where required, 
you agree to receive marketing emails from us. These emails may include product updates, promotional 
offers, fragrance launches, abandoned cart reminders, discounts, and brand announcements. 
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our marketing 
emails or by contacting us at support@amiirscents.com. If you opt out of marketing emails, we may still 
send non promotional or transactional communications related to your orders, account, customer 
service, security, or policy updates. 

7. SMS and Text Message Marketing 

We use Shopify SMS to send marketing text messages to customers who provide their express written consent. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to SMS marketing through our website, checkout flow, or other consent mechanism, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Amiir Scents at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any 
purchase. 
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge a fee for SMS messages, but your wireless carrier may charge you for sending and receiving messages depending on your plan. 
To opt out of SMS marketing at any time, reply STOP to any marketing text message we send you. To request help, reply HELP. After you reply STOP, we will send a confirmation message and will not send you further marketing texts. We may continue to send transactional messages, such as order and shipping confirmations, where required. 
We are not responsible for delays or undelivered messages caused by your wireless carrier or other 
circumstances outside our control. Mobile carriers, including all major U.S. carriers, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 
Information we collect through SMS marketing, including your mobile number, opt in records, and engagement data, is used to send you the messages, comply with applicable law, and improve our marketing. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your mobile number with our SMS platform provider and service providers that help us deliver the messages. 
SMS marketing is governed by the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state laws. You may also have rights under California, Florida, Washington, and other state telephone 
consumer protection laws. 

8. Cookies, Tracking Technologies, Analytics, and Advertising 

We use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your interaction with the Services.

of the Services. Where required, you may also opt out of certain tracking or sharing through the Do Not 
Sell or Share My Personal Information link in our website footer or by using a recognized opt out 
preference signal such as Global Privacy Control.

We do not sell personal information for monetary value. However, we may share personal information, including identifiers, internet or network activity information, commercial information, and inferences, with advertising and marketing partners, including Meta Platforms, TikTok, and Google, to help deliver personalized advertising and measure advertising performance. This activity may be considered a sale, 
sharing, or processing for targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws. 


You may opt out by:

• Clicking the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in our website footer 
• Emailing us at support@amiirscents.com with the words Privacy Request in the subject line 
• Using a recognized opt out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, where required by 
applicable law 
We will process opt out requests in accordance with applicable law. Opting out of sale, sharing, or 
targeted advertising does not mean you will stop seeing all advertisements. It means the ads you see 
may be less personalized. 


11. Privacy Rights Under Other State Laws 


Residents of states other than California with comprehensive consumer privacy laws, including Virginia, 
Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Tennessee, Indiana, Delaware, New Jersey, 
Minnesota, and other states with comparable laws, may have rights under those laws that are similar to the rights described in Section 16, including the right to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sales, and certain profiling. To exercise these rights, follow the procedures described in Section 17. Where applicable state 
law provides an appeal right, we will provide instructions for submitting an appeal if your request is denied. 


12. Relationship with Shopify 


The Services are hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our 
products and services to you. 
Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in 
order to provide, support, protect, and improve the Services. Information you submit to the Services 
may be transmitted to and shared with Shopify, as well as third parties that may be located in countries other than where you reside, in order to provide and improve the Services. 


Shopify may collect and process the following information:

We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy, security, accuracy, or reliability of third party websites or services. Information you provide on public or semi public venues, including third party social media or review platforms, may be viewable by other users and may be used by those platforms or other third parties. 
Our inclusion of a link to a third party website does not, by itself, imply endorsement of that third party. 


14. Children’s Data 


The Services are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@amiirscents.com to request deletion. 
As of the effective date of this Privacy Policy, we do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share personal information of individuals under 16 years of age, as those terms are defined under applicable privacy laws. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in a manner not permitted by law, we will take appropriate steps to delete the information. 


15. Security of Your Information 


We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These safeguards are designed to satisfy our obligations under applicable law, including the New York Stop Hacks and Improve Electronic Data Security Act (the SHIELD Act), which requires reasonable security measures for the personal information of New York residents. 


Despite these safeguards, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk.

communications, we may still send non promotional communications related to your account, orders, 
transactions, customer service, security notices, or policy updates.

ou may exercise applicable privacy rights by contacting us at support@amiirscents.com with the words Privacy Request in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request and may ask you to provide your name, email address, order number, billing or shipping information, or other information reasonably necessary to verify your identity. We will respond within the time period required by applicable law.

Although Amiir Scents operates from the United States and currently sells only to U.S. customers, the Services are supported by Shopify and other service providers whose infrastructure may process personal information in the United States and other countries.
