RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Amiir LLC, doing business as Amiir Scents (Amiir Scents, we, our, or us), wants you to be
satisfied with your purchase. Because of the nature of fragrance products, our return policy includes specific requirements that are described below. Please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We offer a 21 day return window. You have 21 days from the date you receive your order to
request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
1. Unopened, unused, and in its original condition
2. Sealed in its original packaging, with cellophane and any factory seals intact
3. Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order number or order confirmation
We do not accept returns of opened or used fragrances. Once the cellophane or factory seal is broken, the product can no longer be resold and is not eligible for return for any reason other than a confirmed defect or shipping damage as described in Section 6.
Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at
support@amiirscents.com with the words Cancel Order in the subject line. We process and ship orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be honored if the order has already been processed for shipment. If your order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above once the package arrives.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or shipped incorrectly by us. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Fragrance products are classified as flammable goods under federal shipping regulations and must be shipped by ground service only. Do not ship returns by air, by USPS Priority Mail Express, or by any other air based service. Improperly shipped returns may be seized by the carrier or refused at our facility, and we are not responsible for any loss in those cases.

We recommend using a trackable ground shipping method for your return. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit to us.
Return Processing Fee
Because returned fragrance products cannot be resold and must be disposed of as
flammable waste in accordance with federal and state regulations, we apply a flat return processing fee to all approved returns other than returns caused by a defect, shipping
damage, or shipping error on our part. The fee is deducted from your refund and is
calculated as follows:
1. Full size Eau de Parfum (50 ml or larger): $10.00 per bottle
2. Travel size or smaller (under 50 ml), if and when offered: $5.00 per bottle
This fee covers the cost of safely disposing of the returned product and is in addition to your responsibility for return shipping. The fee does not apply to returns approved due to defect, shipping damage, or our shipping error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us at support@amiirscents.com within 48 hours of delivery and include the following:
1. Your order number
2. A clear photograph of the item
3. A clear photograph of the packaging, including any visible damage to the outer box
4. A short description of the issue
Reports submitted without photographs may not be processed. If we confirm that the item arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped in error, we will offer you a replacement, a full refund to your original payment method, or store credit, at your choice. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and the return processing fee in Section 5 will not apply.
Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
1. Opened or used fragrances
2. Items returned without their original packaging or with broken factory seals
3. Gift cards
4. Samples and sample sets, if and when offered
5. Limited edition fragrances, if and when offered
6. Any item clearly marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
Discounted or sale items that are not specifically marked as Final Sale remain eligible for return under the terms of this policy.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different fragrance, please follow the return process described above for your eligible item and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the return has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, less any applicable return shipping costs and the return processing fee described in Section 5. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Original shipping fees are not refundable. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after we approved it, please contact us at support@amiirscents.com.
Refused Deliveries and Failed Delivery Attempts
If a package is returned to us because of:
1. An incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
2. Failed delivery attempts that result in the package being returned to sender
3. Refusal to accept delivery without prior authorization
We will issue a refund for the cost of the products only, less the original shipping costs, any return shipping fees charged to us by the carrier, and the return processing fee described in Section 5. We are not responsible for additional carrier fees, taxes, or duties resulting from incorrect address information.
